Before installing Windows 10 TP, I had two VPN Connections setup to my work locations. As far as I know, the settings for the VPN connections were identical. The Windows 10 TP installation deleted one of them (the later of the two). The one that was left continues to work fine, but the one that was deleted cannot be recreated.
Apr 14, 2017 · My preference, with the limited info we have been provided, would be to setup both a site to site VPN and run a 2nd DC, although I wouldn't use a RODC unless you have security concerns about this remote office (aka someone walking off with your DC). With both, you don't need to worry as much if the VPN tunnel goes down.
