When I set up, it just went very fast and smooth untill I see only one band which is 5Ghz, I then down load the nighthawk app then I was be able to see other 2 bands. But then I would lost the internet connection, so I unplug the ethernet cable from the comcast modem and go back to the original setup of comcast, which is their modem/router.
