most people will tell you that quicker is better, well with xbox live thats a load of crap. all you need is a download of 256kps and a upload of more then 128kbps, that will work dreams when playing online games. the only problem with those speeds is when you need to download content for games.. you will be there for hours, in that case quicker is better
